Adobe's website says universities with creative cloud access should also be receiving free access to Substance through creative cloud, however I currently only have the option to buy or try these programs. While I have your attention, I'd like to also mention my university has full creative cloud access provided to us as students, however, Substance 3D is not included as part of this.
#ADOBE SUBSTANCE 3D PAINTER 7.2 INSTALL#
If I don't want to install Substance 3D through creative cloud, I now need to manually install each new update. This wasn't an instance of the software not being available in the launcher, it was removed after an update. I created those with Substance 3D Painter, version 7.2.3. My complaint is the version was removed from the launcher. Adobe has released Substance 3D Painter 8.1, the latest version of its 3D texture painting software. The project template files are not compatible with previous Painter versions. I appreciate the quick reply, however my point is if you do not update the launcher, you can install version 7.2 with the Send To functionalities not working - but the software otherwise functions fine.
